Hi! I’m Azraa, a BSc student at the University of KwaZulu-Natal majoring in Microbiology and Genetics. My passion for Biology runs deep, and I love helping students truly understand and enjoy the subject.

Although I earned a distinction in Pure Maths, I faced my own challenges along the way. Through persistence, I built strategies that helped me succeed, and I’m passionate about sharing these tools with students facing similar hurdles.

My love for Natural Sciences led me to study Biology, allowing me to explore the natural world in depth. Through tutoring, I aim to share this excitement and inspire a genuine passion for the subject.

I am motivated to become an English tutor because I enjoy helping others develop their communication and language skills. English is an essential tool for education, career growth, and everyday communication, and I find it rewarding to support learners as they build confidence.

I love guiding students through first-year Biology, building strong foundations with patience and clear, structured support. My goal is to make every concept clear and every student confident.

First-year Statistics can be daunting, but I simplify it into clear, relatable concepts. I’m passionate about helping students gain understanding and confidence right from the start.

I have completed a 120-hour course on Teaching English as a Foreign Language, and in the process also gained confidence in teaching a language to all individuals who are required to learn English for employment, or simply want to refine their existing speaking and writing skills
